Work

Four clients, four countries, four different problems. The thing I'd point at first isn't a traffic number — it's that my first US client came to me in 2013 and is still with me, as are most of the others. In this industry, that's the metric that matters.

Thirteen years in one of the toughest local markets in the US

Three sites across the New York tri-state area and Indianapolis. Ground transport is one of the most contested local search markets there is — the customer books on their phone, often within the hour, and whoever appears first usually wins the job. Under continuous SEO since 2013.

A catalogue that stays navigable as it grows

An established name in UK jewellery selling business to business. Trade buyers need to find a specific item fast, and the catalogue has to hold together as it expands. At that scale the structure of the site matters more than the design of it — a category tree that works at six hundred products falls apart at six thousand.

Built to win trade buyers, not browsers

Among the leading signage operators in the Greater Toronto Area. Their buyers are businesses, contractors and property developers — a completely different sale from consumer work. The site had to win trade enquiries and stand up to scrutiny from people comparing suppliers on capability, not price alone.

The system that brings work in, and the one that invoices for it

When the business started, the maths was simple and unforgiving: no customers meant no business, and in that market customers arrive through search. The site was the front door. I built it, the search visibility behind it, and the billing software the workshop runs on — so the two systems were designed together rather than bolted to each other.

The full write-ups

A web design portfolio of four clients, four countries and four different problems. The thing I’d point at first isn’t a traffic number — it’s that my first US client came to me in 2013 and is still with me, as are most of the others. In this industry, that’s the metric that matters.

Gary Bhullar — corporate and luxury limousine services, USA

Services: Website design and development, ongoing SEO since 2013
Sites: nycexecutivelimo.com · indyexecutivelimo.com · indybus.com

The brief

Gary runs corporate and luxury limousine services across the New York tri-state area and Indianapolis. Ground transport is one of the most contested local search markets there is — the customer books on their phone, often within the hour, and whoever appears first usually wins the job. Three distinct markets, three distinct sites.

What I did

Built and now maintain all three properties, each structured around how people in that market actually search — by service, by vehicle, by route and by occasion rather than behind a generic homepage. On nycexecutivelimo.com I have run SEO continuously since 2013, which means thirteen years of surviving every Google algorithm update rather than chasing short-term wins that reset the following year.

Where it stands

Gary was my first US client and remains a client today. Thirteen years of retained work in a market this competitive is the result — anything else I could put here would be a smaller claim. Current ranking positions and traffic figures are available on request.

Jiten Pattni — Agni Jewels, United Kingdom

Services: B2B ecommerce website design and development
Site: agnijewels.co.uk

The brief

Agni Jewels is an established name in UK jewellery, selling business to business. Over six thousand products, trade buyers who need to find a specific item quickly, and a catalogue that has to stay navigable as it grows. At that scale the structure of the site matters more than the design of it — a category tree that works at six hundred products falls apart at six thousand.

What I did

Built the B2B ecommerce platform around the catalogue rather than around a template: product and category architecture planned for search and for trade browsing, filtering that does not generate thousands of duplicate URLs, and pages that load properly under real catalogue weight.

Where it stands

Six thousand products live, running as the business’s trade channel. One of the best clients I have worked with, and the project I point to when someone asks whether I can handle catalogue scale.

Gurjot Kalra — Supertech Signs, Canada

Services: B2B website design and development, SEO
Site: supertechsigns.com

The brief

Gurjot Kalra runs Supertech Signs, which manufactures channel letters and signage and is among the leading operators in the Greater Toronto Area. Their buyers are businesses, contractors and property developers — a completely different sale from consumer work. The site needed to win trade enquiries and stand up to scrutiny from people comparing suppliers on capability, not price alone.

What I did

Designed and built a B2B-ready site aimed at trade buyers, then took on the SEO for the Toronto market.

Where it stands

Six years of continuous work, and I have since delivered projects for clients they referred to me — which is its own form of feedback.

Hitesh Sharma — Freeway Auto Panels, Australia

Services: Website design and development, custom billing software, ongoing SEO
Site: freewayautopanels.com.au

The brief

Freeway Auto Panels provides vehicle repair and restoration services in Australia. When Hitesh started the business, the maths was simple and unforgiving: no customers meant no business, and in that market customers arrive through search. The site wasn’t marketing — it was the front door.

What I did

Built the site and the search visibility to bring work through it, then built the billing software the workshop runs on. That’s the part I’d point at: the same person who made the business findable also built the system it invoices with, so the two aren’t fighting each other.

Where it stands

Site, search and billing all still running, with SEO ongoing.

Across the work

Clients in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and India. Long-term SEO, B2B lead generation, six-thousand-product ecommerce and custom business software — four different problems, one person handling them.
